We are pleased to partner with Hilton Tampa Downtown as the host hotel for the APWA Florida Chapter 2026 Public Works Expo. A block of rooms has been reserved for April 6-9, 2026. Our group rate is $229.00 per night and will be available until March 13, 2026 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first.

The valet parking fee is reduced to $35 per day for overnight guests. There are many parking garages available nearby. The Fort Brooke Garage is connected to the Hilton Tampa Downtown via a Skybridge on the 3rd Level. Room amenities: complimentary wireless internet access, pool, and fitness center.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: NO third party vendors are authorized to sell our expo attendee list, and NO third party vendor is authorized to book hotel rooms through our block. The Hilton Tampa Downtown is the only hotel with an APWA room block. There is NO early bird rate. We will NOT contact you by phone to get you to book hotel rooms. You may receive booking reminders via email from Plan Ahead Events - Tampa Bay, and they will include the same booking link and phone number as listed above.
