While we encourage delegates to attend and network with exhibitors and sponsors, actively marketing your business or services as a delegate is strictly prohibited. Our "no suitcasing" policy aims to maintain a fair and ethical environment for our registered exhibitors and sponsors who have invested in booth space and promotional opportunities. If you are a supplier to the industry and wish to actively promote your business or services at the expo, taking a booth or sponsoring is mandatory. This allows you to showcase your offerings effectively, engage with potential clients, and maximize your participation. See our suitcasing policy below.  

 

Suitcasing Policy:
In order to protect our exhibitors/sponsors (suitcasing) by attendees is strictly prohibited. “Suitcasing” refers to non-exhibiting companies or individuals soliciting business in the aisles of the exposition floor, the lobby and other public spaces or during any other scheduled event.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@pae-tampabay.com. A fee of $40.00 will be assessed for cancellations prior to March 28th. AFTER MARCH 28th, NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
