This year, the APWA Florida Public Works Expo theme is Ready. Responsive. Resilient. Public Works! This year we are offering some different options for our technical sessions. In addition to some surprises - think tabletop emergency response scenarios and "How to" demonstration sessions - we are going to offer both traditional and interactive sessions available across all focus areas. Please read the options below, and submit your best ideas for this year's Expo. We can't wait to see what you come up with!

• Traditional Sessions (30 min) - Traditional sessions are structured in a classic classroom or college lecture format sharing specialized research, project data, or case studies using slide presentations.
• Interactive Sessions (60 min) - Interactive sessions feature hands-on, highly engaging formats where nearly two-thirds of the program relies on audience participation rather than traditional lecturing. Interactive session could include panel discussions, breakout discussions guided by subject matter experts, live polling, live demonstrations, or multiple case studies with a common theme.
