Abstracts may be submitted through this portal until November 14, 2025 at 5:00 pm ET. This year, the APWA Florida Public Works Expo theme is Public Works: Heartbeat of Our Communities and our technical papers will build on this theme through several dedicated tracks:

• Lifeblood of Our Community: Water Resources
• Sharing our Collective Spirit: Presentations from APWA’s Young Professionals
• Strong, Steady, and Reliable: Asset Management, Fleet, and Facilities
• The Pulse of Innovation: New Technologies, Growth, and Change
• The Rhythm that Binds Us Together: People Management, Workforce Development, and Communication
• Vital Pathways: Transportation and UPROW

Please feel free to submit abstracts outside these tracks as the technical paper committee will create additional tracks based on submissions. This year we will have opportunities to present either 30 or 60 minute presentations.
